We had problems with room cleaning, one day not cleaned, next day no towels, then some towel missing. It was our 30 Anniversary and we booked in the Steak restaurant, I asked if they could make this special for my wife but nothing was done not even recognition that it was our Anniversary. A bit disappointed.

Really enjoyed our time at the hard rock, the pool and facilities were fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, a couple of criticisms would be the price for food and drink, drinks are extremely expensive with cocktails being around 12-13 euros each, having a walk around the local area you will find much bars with much cheaper prices, one other criticism would be the breakfast, each time we ate the food was cold, overall had a great time and would return

Elegant and child friendly hotel in a beautiful location with plenty of good restaurants around. Rather than providing guests with a key or access card to their rooms, they give everyone a wristband that had to be worn for the whole stay. It would be great if they offered an alternative for those who get annoyed by having something at their wrist even overnight. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall: a beautiful hotel with great facilities in a remote setting with expensive extras. Great kids pool, inadequate activities for toddlers. Rooms:, large and modern. Stayed in platinum suite and plenty of space for two adults, toddler and baby with second separate toilet. Huge balcony area, but no light on the balcony. Nespresso machine available, with mini fridge and kettle in room. Good blackout curtains, decent TV, Bose speaker etc. Pools: 3 pools in use (rock royalty Eden pool under maintenance). Lagoon pool too cold in winter months for small children. Slightly more hassle to get to it. Kids pool excellent, warm, good slide and water features to keep little ones happy. Plenty of floaties and toys to borrow. “Splash pool” also heated and very pleasant. Entertainment: Kids club activities only accessible to over 4 years old (even if accompanied by a carer), even movie time. This was disappointing as little toddlers love to paint and get crafty as well! The playroom is large and well equipped with toys, but seems like they could provide some toddler friendly activities too. Evening live music was great, but the set lists were often repetitive for the support acts (until 21:30). Sport activities could be more varied during the day. Food: Breakfast and dinner buffets were decent. Plenty of varied options that changed each day. Very expensive drinks if not all inclusive. Prohibitively expensive restaurants. Limited choices in walking distance

Perfect for a family holiday, beautiful hotel and fantastic facilities for children. The all-inclusive restaurant is very good quality and lots of choice for everyone. The restaurants are all 5 star . Rooms are amazing, clean and very cool. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The hotel itself was of a high standard, what made it stand out was the staff working there. Thay are by a long mile the best hotel staff I have encountered.

Amazing hotel . As always the Hard Rock offers exceptional service and facilities. The hotel location isn’t perfect and you cant really walk into the main strip due to the coastline but there is a bus just outside which is easy and cheap . If this hotel was in Costa Adeje centre it would be twice the price. Overall still excellent. Thanks to all at Hard Rock .

Another Great Stay with some Room for Improvement Having stayed at this hotel before, we chose it again for its consistent standards, ease of use, and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was another enjoyable stay, thanks to the hotel’s high standards, great food, and welcoming staff. Positives: Staff: The team was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always smiling. They really enhanced our experience. Food & Music: We enjoyed the diverse food options and appreciated the lively music choices, which added to the holiday vibe. Areas for Improvement: Upgrade Pressure: This time, we noticed a persistent push for upgrades, from drinks to dining experiences. Being on an all-inclusive package, it felt a bit tiresome to navigate menus with constant reminders of what wasn’t included. On holiday, we prefer to relax, not negotiate at every turn. Premier Restaurants: While the general food quality was excellent, the premier restaurants didn’t quite hit the mark. The choice and quality there seemed to lag behind the rest of the dining options, which felt like a missed opportunity. Entertainment Presence: Compared to our previous stay, there seemed to be fewer entertainers around the site. It gave the impression of cost-cutting, which slightly dimmed the usual lively atmosphere. Despite these small drawbacks, we had another great stay and would still recommend the hotel. A few adjustments could take the experience from good to exceptional. Looking forward to seeing improvement.

Great hotel. They do a good job with the theming. There are plenty of options for pools and restaurants on property and some additional options around town. Breakfast was great. They called to see if i needed to schedule a ride to the airport the day before check out. Room service left a cake and chocolate on my birthday. They nailed a lot of unexpected small things.
