This is an excellent hotel. Very clean, well-maintained, excellent staff and service. Great food and coffee from the Lobbibar. We stayed in a King bed room on the 7th floor. Was super quiet except for hearing neighbors toilets flushing (industrial toilets). Walkable to the metro station. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at The Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Alexandria, VA! I was attending a tech conference and received excellent service from Virginia. at the front desk. She took care of me from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. She took extra time to explain the amenities of the property, and how the points worked as a new Hyatt member. My every need was taken care of! My room was excellent and comfortable, away from the elevator as requested. The staff on the 15th floor took care of my room and I was very comfortable. I stayed 12/19 to 12/22. Both the Lobbibar and Cinnabar restaurants were A plus. I highly recommend this property for family vacations, business trips, and conferences as well.
