This was our second stay at Arc la Rambla and we enjoyed this stay as much as the first. We were pleased to see that the high standards of cleanliness, staff attentiveness and friendliness has not changed. This hotel is an excellent choice for a short or long visit to Barcelona. The location can't be beat. This time we had a room with a small balcony which was very nice; the natural light made the room even more cozy. We had a huge bathroom with a large tub - and that was very much appreciated. The buffet breakfast is loaded with a wide variety of choices -- so you can definitely start your day with a light or substantial breakfast. We'd absolutely stay here again on future visits. (p.s. the large storage units for your luggage are a perfect. only 2 Euro for a locker spacious enough for two large luggages and our carry on wheel-aboard size bags. We even received a phone call when our room was ready -- which was a full hour before standard check in time.... we actually didn't hear the phone ring but when we saw the missed call, we headed back and were immediately given our room key. Little things like that matter -- and we really appreciate that kind of service.

We had an issue with our bathroom drain but the receptionist dealt within right away! He had it fixed as soon as they found out and they were very helpful. Their staff went above and beyond with the service they provide their guest. Will definitely recommend this place.
