"We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Even though we had to leave early the next morning, we managed to enjoy the most amazing breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Absolutely delicious! Amazing Hotel and an Amazing Area (Unamazing Room)

"Everything is wonderful about this hotel, except the room. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even loaned us an ac adapter to charge our phones until we bought one. The hotel fits the area perfectly and is very close to everything. It was beautiful. Be sure to stop by the tavern next door and the ferry to Bornholm was extremely fun too. However, the room is tiny and quite stuffy with a bad odor from the bathroom that we could never find nor eliminate. The shower was the smallest that I've ever used, but that was somewhat charming. The bed was uncomfortable too. Having said that, I recommend staying here as part of the Ystad experience (which is incredible). "

"We really enjoyed the spa facilities, pools, and the location being close to the ocean. Spa staff were excellent - came to the tub to offer to bring us drinks. The room itself was small and not as great - we had a "sea view" but there were benches blocking the actual view. The toilet was broken and would not flush. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff we interacted with were nice. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great trip, and worth the price simply due to the spa facilities. Note that the room itself was not worth the price, but the excellence of the spa pools made up for it."
