The hotel was convenient and comfortable with excellent dining. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was a high plus for us. Shopping and downtown is only a short taxi ride away.

Other then the person who checked us in every staff member was kind and helpful. The property is near the airport which we wanted due to our early flight time. The restaurant was good too which was a plus.

We loved our stay but ate at the dining room on a very cold day and the restaurant was cold- not just a little cold - probable about 55 degrees all the patrons were wearing their coat. Other than that, we love staying at this hotel for its convenience to Logan airport

The hotel was very typical for an airport lodging even though the Hyatt Regency brand was once known as a luxury property. We thought it was more than adequate for the purpose of our stay and why we would choose an airport property. The curtains in our room were ripped, which was disappointing. It's like the housekeeping folks don't notice a big fat rip glaring at them.
