I truly enjoyed this property and the view provided of downtown. The check-in process was easy, access to the property was smooth, and the stay was enjoyable. I enjoyed the convenience of the 7-11 being below. The property was also clean and safe with.added security. Thank you!

Was not very clean. I found a hospital bracelet from someone who previously stayed there. Dusty. There was a homeless man sitting outside of the door calling me rude names. And I woke up to an awful alarm going off so checked out early because of it not getting taken care of.

Everything was very nice and up to par . I will say if you don’t have parking planned out please figure it out as you book . We waited and had to walk about 8 mins away back and forth to our car with our things . It’s winter so it was veryyyy cold . Other than that Very Nice and Enjoyable Stay .

Great stay they literally thought of everything you needed in the loft, communication was everything quick response house keeping was pleasant and quick with requests, however did not care for parking the lot next to building, was extremely expensive $20 on the weekend had to pay everytime you left out no way! Please buy the parking lot will save your guest money and convenience

Family came from Canada to Detroit to watch an NHL. Easy to find as soon as we crossed the border and perfect walking distance to Little Caesar’s Arena. We will be back for a baseball game and football game and stay at this location. Excellent communication throughout

This property was exactly what we were looking for! The location made walking to multiple attractions easy and quick. We felt safe when entering and exiting the building and didn't find noise an issue in our 10th floor room. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone seeking a no frills, affordable place to stay for a night or 2 in downtown Detroit!

The shower door was hung improperly and seemed ready to shatter (it's glass on glass). The shower in general wasn't installed well (floor was soft). We were asked for money nearly every time we entered the building by beggars. It didn't feel unsafe, but not super welcoming either. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious and a good value. Close to fun downtown activities and amenities.

Ok. The AI bot won’t let me put prices in the review. So….The property itself was fine. It was clean and there were some nice touches: ear plugs, new kitchen sponge, white noise machine in the bedroom, etc. Text messaging communication was good. There were two things that were not so great: the convenience store next door had sketchy people hanging out who panhandled us whenever we came or went. The WORST thing was the parking lot (on the left as you face the building) which has a sign that says “$One Andrew Jackson Parking” but when I asked to park my car for less than 48 hours, the guy said “That will be eight Andrew Jackson’s.”I asked about the sign and he mumbled that the sign was for something else….whatever. The dude was just trying to rip off out-of-towners. I can’t say that I would stay there again. It’s a shame that a good building/operation is in such a seedy area.

We loved this property. Was perfect for our family of 5. I wish parking were a little easier/more affordable. I loved the overnight security as there is a small 7-11 where a lot of people tend to hang out at night.

Excellent location near the arenas. Excellent amenities. Arriving near midnight and code given not working was worrisome. It was fixed but would have been better if it worked and could get inside the building on arrival.
