We have checked out today and I couldnt wait to write a review! From start to finish it was an incredible experience. I have booked 1 night stay for my husband to celebrate his birthday. We have upgraded to a very spacious and beautifully decorated Junior Suite with our own Christmas tree. The team have organised the baloons as requested, but they have added extra treats. As we stayed with our 8 year old daughter we very much enjoyed the Swimming pool. Hotel is stunning and very tasteful and has a lovely touches of character. Complimentary drinks in the bar between 5-6pm was a bonus! The location was perfect and close to everything including Edinburgh Castle. Everyone in hotel was very helpful and attentive. The most perfect first time visit and we would love to come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so attentive and personable. They gave us little chocolates and treats every so often, knew our names and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The hotel is centrally located to Edinburgh and even though we rented a car, we truly didn’t need it as we were able to walk everywhere. The food at the hotel is great as well. Visually, the hotel is also beautiful. 10/10

Staff were very friendly and informative, enjoyed the tour of the hotel on arrival, the staff couldn't have done anymore for you. Excellence service and facilities. Lots of nice little touches. Just finished our stay here for our 2nd year anniversary. The hotel is so nice and the staff were great, they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The hotel is in great location for exploring the city both new and old. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.
