Our 50 m² apartment welcomes you, as a couple or with children, in its comfortable and original setting. Built in 2010 on a private garage, it is a perfect little nest for a cozy and authentic stay. You will enjoy the calm and proximity to the center of the village and the vineyard (each 1 minute walk).

Open fully equipped kitchen (oven, host, ceramic hob), bedroom with double bed, comfortable convertible sofa for 2 in the living room, bathroom in the bedroom, separate WC, air conditioning, washing machine in the garage .

Terrace with provision of a charcoal barbecue.

Short stays (mini-week and weekend) sheets and terry towels provided. Pets are not accepted. No party or evening.

Voyage au pays des fées
Cet appartement très confortable, très calme, très bien situé, pourvu d’un très grand garage, à 2 pas du centre-ville est bien relié avec Colmar par bus. Parfait pour visiter ces très beaux villages, en particulier au moment de Noël. C’est le top!

gite bien situé, pas isolé mais environnement très calme (sauf la nuit de la fête des vignerons...)
visite des communes d'Eguisheim et plusieurs autres, beaucoup de marche à pied; avons profité des petits trains touristiques et de la barque à Colmar; ainsi, pas trop fatiguant pour des personnes de notre âge...(73 et 78 ans). Les parents de notre hôte, habitant "tout près" se sont montrés très aimables et serviables.

L'appartement est parfaitement situé par rapport au centre du magnifique village et aux abords des départs de balades très agréables dans le vignoble et vers les châteaux en ruine environnants. Il dispose d'un grand garage et l'environnement est très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour découverte de l'Alsace et les propriétaires sont très attentionnés. Nous avons trouvé l'accueil très agréable.

Im ersten Augenblick ist die Ferienwohnung zu klein. Aber dann hat man doch alles, man braucht, und kann sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Es ist quasi ein eigenes Häuschen über der Garage, in einer sehr schönen Gegend, mit wunderbaren Ausblicken, sehr hell und komfortabel genug wenn die Ansprüche nicht völlig abgehoben sind. Die Besitzer sind sehr hundefreundlich, das WLAN funktioniert hervorragend, es gibt sehr viele deutsche Programme im Fernsehen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

SUPER SEJOUR
Sincèrement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermé. Le logement est extrêmement fonctionnel, propre, lumineux, équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le garage de la location est appréciable. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins, très sympathique et arrangeant . La location est est idéalement située dans Eguisheim , 5 min à pied du centre, dans un quartier calme.

Der Empfang war Persönlich und man musste nicht zu irgendein Büro fahren :-)) Das Haus ist in der tat sehr modern eingerichtet und in einem sehr SAUBEREN Zustand. Die Wohnung ist sehr Kühl dank 2 Klimaanlagen die auch kaum zu hören sind wie in anderen Hotel oder Miethäusern. Das Haus ist wie gesagt sehr gepflegt die Besitzer halten es wirklich sauber auch da wo man persönlich nicht jeden Tag Putzt ist es sauber, hier kann man vom Fußboden essen. Die Gegend war zu unserem Zeitpunkt sehr warm, wo man vorsichtig sein sollte wenn man Köstlichkeiten der Anbauer in der Gegend genießen will. Essen gehen, muss mann schon mit ca. 120€ rechnen, Essen kaufen im Supermarkt hat KADEWE niveau (Teures Kaufhaus in Berlin). Will man Fahrrad fahren oder denkt es hier einfach machen zu können, die brauchen KONDITION und starke Beine die Berge hoch zu kommen. Also nichts für Freizeit Radler. Zum Wandern ist es sehr gut, doch da sollte man auch es nicht zu leicht nehmen und viel Wasser trinken. Man muss sich etwas zusammen reißen, da die Hausbesitzer mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, so sollte ein Hund gut erzogen sein. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr zugänglich und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns wohl und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zur Buchung: die war etwas komisch mit unsere App, ich musste Kaution bezahlen für Schäden am Haus, obwohl ich die Reiseversicherung abgeschlossen habe, die auch die Schäden decken sollte die am Haus vielleicht gemacht werden. Na mal sehen wann ich meine Kaution zurück erhalte.
