"We appreciated the surroundings. The wait staff at the pool (Eduardo) was amazing. The hot tub in the suite needed some updating. We did not appreciate the concierge (sales) staff being so pushy about going in their sales tour, requiring a deposit to go on the tour (no other presentation we have been on ever required that) and when we said no multiple times there were no less than 3 persons trying to convince us we needed to go on the tour in order to enjoy visiting Puerto Vallarta. "

"We enjoyed Hacienda Buenaventura with all it's lovely charm and decor. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and there were good choices. The ease of bussing, taxi or Uber made going on any adventures easy. The beach was a quick little walk and the area set aside for their customers had nice chairs and umbrellas. Having a bar and snack grill there right on the beach was a nice treat too! We would come back! "
