It looks big and nice but shocked when I arrived. The unit is dirty, old, far from the lobby, very poor service from the staff, shocking attitude by the housekeeping, totally locked away from the lobby and no access. We saw cockcoarch and floor is also dirty. Will totally avoid it in future!

I had an excellent stay in this hotel overall. However, one notable downside was the lack of air conditioning in the lift lobby. This made it uncomfortable, especially during hotter parts of the day. Additionally, the waiting time for the lifts was longer than expected, which became a bit frustrating during peak hours.

Everything was as per usual as we had visit KSL on a numerous occasions and short stay at the hotel. What was disappointed this time was weak wifi, no hot water for showering and poor noise insulation at tower 2 room.

very convenient as hotel is just connected to KSL mall with lots of shopping and eateries and huge lotus supermarket. will not be affected by weather as just walking next door through. night market with local delights etc just along the whole stretch of road outside ksl hotel every MOnday.

The hotel and the breakfast were superb. There were lots of hair salon and massage center each corner. But the toilets of the mall need improvement. Lots of food around the Mall. Overall good.

Overall experience let down by not working lift. There are 4 lifts for the 39 storey, but only 2 are working. The corridors are dark and dirty. The room interior is fine though.

The upgrading lift access to car park and shopping mall takes more than 2 years and still in the upgrading. Left only 1 life operated in each lobby. The congestion and time wasted on waiting especially need to go to carpark in the morning. The congestion get worst when there are conferences at 7th floor in the hotel where they are sharing same access to car park lift.
