The hotel is nice, the amenities are in great shape and it’s perfect for families with children. My daughter loved all the activities that she had there, is nice that they have ocean to play with but also the pools and the slides. Camp Hyatt was great and we love the service and the food.

Beach is terrible. Only 5-10 day beds. Bottom is very rocky. Hotel located too far from main city restaurants. Property is inconvenient to move around due to hills and stairs. Lost power on three occasions. Ants in the bedding. Definitely not Hyatt experience.

Beautiful hotel very large and comfortable rooms, the first room I was given had a strong smell of mold with a zero ocean view all though I did pay extra to upgrade the room, but the second room I was given was absolutely perfect, beautiful with a nice ocean view.
