The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. "The ranch and accommodations were just as described. The cabana was comfy and clean, the kitchen is in a separate building and there is no fridge but I was able to borrow a cooler to store our food. The ranch and cabanas are powered by solar energy and on demand hot water. The food at the restaurant is creative and delicious and prepared by the chef, the prices were comparable to a good Canadian restaurant, it’s a family run operation and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. "

"I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week beginning of January, it was a little cold at nights but gets warmer day time. It has 2 stoves if you interesting in cooking, small refrigerator, small coffee maker, bathroom has warm water. Its about 15 minute drive from Tepoztlan, I cooked most of the time but they also have food delivery. I recommend this place especially if you interested in a romantic weekend with your significant other. "
