It took 3 staff members to find my reservation. There was not a long line, folks waiting, phones ringing or anything to interfere with a smooth check in. With my ID, confirmation number and paid receipt it took them to turn the monitor around and have me point to my reservation. It wasn't that frustrating but I wasn't comfortable with releasing my PII (personal identifiable info) and credit card with the staff. Too much fumbling made me wonder if they worked there or in the area they were in. The rest was ok. Nothing memorable, just ok.
We had a room at the end of the hallway across from the top of the stairwell. It smelled like weed daily. We had to put a towel at the bottom of our door to keep the nasty smell of it out of our room. The staff was nice but we won’t be coming back to that location.
