I'm not going to say it's a bad hotel, because it's not. But it's not as good as the 8.8 rating it had when I booked the room. It's clean enough. The room was decently sized, but nothing special.

This hotel was clean and a convenient walk to Syracuse Stage, Salt Market and Syracuse University. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms don’t have many frills but are spacious and feature very comfy beds. The free breakfast is definitely a plus.

We had an absolutely GREAT experience staying at the Parkview. I will definitely stay here again. It is super clean, parking is easy and it is centrally located to different parts of Syracuse. We had a king suite, which had a small kitchen. The hotel is also dog friendly - with a park across the street for quick walks. Breakfast is also included, which is also a plus. It was not a huge selection of options, but had the basics to get you started with the day. Great hotel - great stay - would highly recommend to those folks who like more niche hotels.

The bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. All the corners and crevices in the bathroom were emaculate. The bed and pillows were wonderful as well. It was a last minute trip and I was worried it wouldn't be a pleasant stay. I was wrong...great place
