"I have been traveling to Tampa area for work for nearly 25 years and I have stayed at many different hotels, this house was much nicer and had all the comforts of home, no horrible smoke or moldy smelling rooms, everything was clean and comfortable the bathroom was perfect and . The check in process was fast and convenient. I will definitely be staying here again soon. In addition to the comfortable room I also saved money compared to the local hotels."

"Mofe is a welcoming and considerate host. The home is 100 years old and has some quirks, which I love. I've started traveling with an extension cord which comes in handy in older homes where outlets are not as frequent and/or easy to access as newer builds. It's very well equipped and has a wonderful deck attached. Only wish it had a bit warmer so I could have enjoyed it more. Thanks again, Mofe!"

"The property was very clean. We arrived without any checkin instructions despite having asked for them 3 times. He finally sent a code but as there was more than one unit on the property we wasted 20 minutes trying to get into the wrong door. No AC or TV instructions and we couldn't get either to respond .it was a frustrating way to start the weekend."

"This place is HORRIBLE. The neighborhood is scary. The floor is unsafe and you feel like the floor may fail. The ceiling is buckled and looks like it will fall. There is cardboard instead of glass in one window. There is black mold in the bathroom. You can not shower there! There's a random light that stays on and you can't turn it off. The TV is set on blast and you cant turn it down because the remote is busted and missing buttons. Easily, the WORST stay, anywhere that I've ever had. DO NOT...

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."
