“We stayed at the Venice and this was the best home to stay at. Had the best view of the Lake and sits right over the common area. The property manager provided us access to the paddleboards and kayaks as well as the community grille and fire pit. Great location for quiet time with easy access to the interstate. Far enough away where you don't hear it either! Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!”

Super clean with comfortable bedding and a cozy cottage atmosphere. Small enough for two and large enough for a family. Close to historical downtown with off the street parking carport. Deland has so many things to offer and is a great location. Close to Disney and Beaches. Great communication with host.……
