Cove it was perfect for me and husband, did have little trouble to get to the room around 4pm and even I told the front desk employee that I don’t feel comfortable to stay on first floor, he gives me a first floor which thanks to Felisha on reception area was able to put me on 4 floor, she helped as with dinner reservations and all other arrangements, she gets 10 from as, menus on poll area was a mess because we were getting charged more than the prices on the menu, friendly staff, restaurant prices were to high. Other than that everything was good.

Overall, it was a great place with great dining options, shopping and great service. My complaints are specific. for a VERY high end and costly resort, the WiFi was terrible--spotty, unreliable and not particularly strong. I would have paid, albeit reluctantly, for better service, but that wasn't an option. While playing Craps after 1 AM on a Saturday night, there were no people around to take and serve drinks.
