"Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat."

"The staff not friendly at all; towels not included in my package and can’t use the water park too it’s additional charge and this was not mentioned while booking the hotel; no one from the staff is wearing masks; pool closes at 6 which is too early "

"We had an enjoyable stay. The house was very large and private and generally in a quiet area apart from a few dogs which seem fairly common in most of Egypt. Owner-Really kind, helpful and great communication. On hand to help if any issues and responded to messages straight away.House- Generally very nice but slightly unfinished but again this seems to be very common everywhere in Egypt. We were able to cook in the kitchen but a few additional bowls, baking trays etc would have been useful....

I had to wait one hour to check in as the room wasn't ready even the agreement to check in time was approved by property. "

"It was a nice convenient accommodation to stay in. Clean and spacious. Lots of storage space for when we unpacked. Fridge freezer cooker microwave and washing machine all worked perfectly. Khalil was very helpful whenever we needed any assistance with anything. Beautiful view from the rooftop..beach was within 5 minutes walk and cash machine nearby and also convenience store. "

"So far as the hotel is concerned I do not have a single complaint about. The rooms and public areas were clean and well tended, the gardens are a delight. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and bent over backwards to provide excellent service. A special shout out to Romel in Yades - though there were many others whose names I did not get; he served us every breakfast and lunch. We also had massages in the Spa which were excellent. The only area of concern was in respect of the beauty salon, we were offered and accepted on my part 2 x facials and 2 x manicure my partner also had a 2 x pedicure. He was reasonably happy with his pedicure, but the manicure and facial fell well short of what I would expect. Facial - no cleanse at start just 3 consecutive masks; each wiped off which a damp sponge not properly cleansed and lastly a lick of moisturiser whole time 23 minutes- usual time one hour, Manicure no finger soak no hand massage, poor filing of the nails used a sawing motions when it should be one way rough and hurried treatment of cuticle, but worst of all the clippers etc were not sterilised between customers. Total time 17 minutes usual time one hour. As the deal included two I went back to see if that had been a bad day - but know just even quicker and new clear nail polish was applied over old instead of removing it. I doubt any of the staff are professionally trained."
