Excellent service and stay with real thanks for providing the personalised gifts and message to celebrate Jane’s birthday and retirement.
Clean, safe, comfortable, convenient to nearby shops, restaurants, theaters. The etaff went out of their way to accommodate us, and eere cheerful in doing so. I wouod recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.
Rarely leave reviews but this hotel is genuinely worthy of praise. From the moment of arrival and through the stay, every single staff member we met were polite, professional and friendly. It is an unusual thing to have staff that make you feel you are truly welcomed and valued. Room was immaculate, quiet at night and shower was fantastic. The queen bed was a little small for us but I really am nit picking there. Not sure if it has recently been refurbed but the whole place was in 1st class condition. Location was excellent, such a nice thing to only have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel after an evening at the opera house. Would not hesitate in recommended or staying again. If you need a hotel in a central location, you will not be disappointed with this.
This hotel was an excellent choice. It is centrally located, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The room was small but had adequate amenities. The staff was the best part of our stay. They’re attentive, friendly, professional and informative. Tommie is a gem, the others were too but we dealt with Tommie mostly. Great find.
The location of this hotel is excellent, just minutes away from a couple of underground stops, and a short walk to Covent Gardens, Trafalgar Square, and only about 12 minutes to Big Ben. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with dinner suggestions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great!
Lovely, friendly hotel. The service was excellent from reception and the room was beautifully decorated, well laid out with good facilities. The hotel is well placed for walking to tourist sites and restaurants. Will definitely be back!
Great hotel if you want to be close to Covent Garden or the West End. Steps from the hotel entrance are many cafes and restaurants. Situated on the corner of The Strand and Bedford Street, the interior quietness surprised us. The room was beautiful, functional and spacious for a London hotel. The kitchenette was well hidden behind a folding door and had a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Plates, glasses, mugs etc plus plenty of coffee, tea etc. Understand they serve snacks and drinks but we didn't have a chance to partake, as had a busy schedule in London. Appreciated that they found us a taxi to the station at a very busy time for taxis. Would definitely stay again or recommend this hotel. Front desk staff very polite and friendly.
The hotel is in a magnificent location. 5 mins from Trafalgar Sqare. Close to Leicester Square. Tons of food and entertainment options just minutes away. Staff super helpful and considerate. Would stay here again. Room was clean and modern and showers were great
We stayed for our wedding anniversary last month and had an amazing stay! The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay enjoyable. The room had a great view of the main street with Christmas lights about to go up and was quiet. The room was a bit on the smaller side but most of our time was spent seeing London anyway. Everything was relatively newly renovated in bathroom which was nice and having the mini kitchenette was very convenient. The hotel also had a pre-dinner drinks/snacks service which was also a nice touch. Everything was within walking distance to Covent Garden and the train. Highly recommend this property and would stay again in London!
