Beware of the balcony
First thing was I got locked up on the balcony. Once you enter the balcony and close the door behind you, there is no way to open the door again because of missing handle. I had to call my colleague who went to the reception and they asked immediately- did she lock herself up on the balcony? It seemed they were aware of this problem. During breakfast I had stracciatella yogurt in a glass - it was very bad, old I mean. Rooms are clean but older. Staff is very nice.

Great Easter Trip
Very impressed with the size and standard of the room. We had a twin suite and was so spacious with a kitchenette. The roof top pool is such a bonus as enabled us to get sunshine all day. The hotels lift up to street level was a life saver as saves climbing those awful stairs to get to torremonlinous main town square. Breakfast was great, particularly the standard of coffee which was very good. Great selection of food at breakfast. We had a late check out and the hotel Were so accommodating allowing us to leave bags all day then shower in the spa. Only criticism would be the price of food and drinks within the hotel itself in comparison to nearby bars for during the day lying by the pool. Overall a fantastic hotel would highly recommend and we will be back.

Excellent location near to beach and rail station. Room well fitted out and cleaned every day. Indoor pool a little too warm but good on a cold day. Will return but hopefully better weather!

We were disappointed with our stay as we had originally booked a suite at the sister hotel which ended up having to close due to covid so we were moved to a different hotel. We were only given a twin room instead of s suite with a double bed. We had also originally booked a sea view room which we ended up not having

The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. The food was just ok. We like to go half board for the food and on this occasion I feel it did not worth it. The hotel however is very good, cannot really fault anything. The only issue was the chlorine in the spa which completely ruined my swimming costume so be aware of that. Overall good experience.

This hotel is rated 4 star on hotels.com, but the conditions and services don't warrant the rating. 1. I specifically chose a hotel in the area with steam room. However, the steam of this hotel only worked one day during my 6 nights stay. 2. The room condition is shabby. The bathtub has relatively large spots of damage with porcelain chipped away and underlying metal exposed. The shower door can't close properly, leaving water splashed to the bathroom floor, creating a hazard of slippery. 3. There is slippers or pyjamas which are usually available at many 4 star hotels. 4. The hotel doesnt provide conditioner, which is a complete surprise to me as this never happened to my travel experiences. I had to buy conditioner from local store. 5. The indoor swimming pool only opened between 11 am and 7 pm, making it less useful since as tourists we usually were visiting places during daytime and wouldnt be able to enjoy the swimming pool. I chose the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, I didn't check its pool hours before booking it. 6. The king size bed listed was actually made up of two single beds with a clear edge in between, making it quite uncomfortable. On positive side, the hotel's restaurant had good breakfast and its staff were friendly. The location is close to the beach with a 5 minute walk.
