「Very nice property manager who helped a lot when we checked in. The location and the view is so good that we definitely will come back again. Parking is difficult and expensive here. Parking in the buildings nearby is recommended. 」

「The property was great. Place was clean and management responded back almost immediately when I had questions. Close to so everything !! Definitely will be back.」

「Nice quaint place right by the river and downtown convenient to everything. Rooms are new and Clean with an easy check in process. The courtyard is nice, but a bit noisy from local construction. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there are limited spots available. The biggest challenge we felt was the horribly cheap“mattress” which was just a piece of foam not an actual mattress. It was very uncomfortable and completely caves in when you lay on it. We left a day night early because we couldn’t...

「This location was close to restaurants and Winn Dixie. Parking was convenient, the unit was clean and the pool was the cherry on top. We had a delay and didn't make it in until 4 am and Jason kept in contact with us making sure we made it in safely. I highly recommend this location. Would certainly go back. 」

「The place was decent. The location was good. Pool area was nice. It seemed clean except for the fingerprints all over the fridge and the floors need a good wash with soap and water. They felt dirty and left your feet filthy. Showers worked good. Overall the furnishings were cheap. I’m pretty sure they all came from Walmart. Some of the furniture was damaged but it’s not my house so as long as nothing broke when we sat on it then I could care less. I didn’t look dirty and nothing was falling...

「It was a great place to stay. Bed had busted support legs, but we were able to still use the bed. One night was noisy, but we received an email the next morning that went to all guest reminding people to respect the quiet hours and it was quiet that night. Liked the pool area to hang around when we came back from the beach. Tried to get an early check-in, they said it was not available. So we waited by the pool. Kept checking but the cleaning people only returned around 3:30 and were done in 10...
