Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list.」

「Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable...

「The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. I needed to stay around for a few more hours after my check out and they offered extended time on my room or a nice sitting spot in the lobby. The hotel is also very clean and kept in a very professional manner. Would strongly recommend! 」

「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

「Ein gutes neues Hotel mit einer sehr ansprechenden Lobby und einem freundlichen Empfang. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und würden direkt nach einem Kaffee gefragt. Einziges Manko war das schlechte Kopfkissen. Ein Hauch von Nichts.... Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....」
