「This hotel is convenient and looks very nice. We were very pleased that the staff allowed us to use the shower when the room was not yet available around 11am. However, a little minor issue is the bathroom. The shower and the toilet are fit next to each other, leaving basically no space in between, making it difficult to use the toilet for No.2. 」

「我6pm到達check in, 被告之上一個客人不願離開，而他們已經fully booked, 只剩下一間6張床的房間，而裡面裝修殘舊，並且入到去好陰好暗很不舒服，所以我們一家都拒絕入住。之後他們安排了我們在市中心的一間apartment, 一進入大廈的正門，更比之前那間陰森恐怖。總使入到Apartment, 裡面的裝修都很新，可是卻非常陰暗。最奇怪是有一張BB食飯枱在房間對著睡覺的床，弄得整晚都睡得非常不好，第二朝只能早些起床岀發行程。幸好只是住一晚，不然必會立即換酒店。我不會再來住宿，也不會推薦給其他人。」

「Room and surrounding are awesome. The front desk staff work for the restaurant as well, we waited for over 10 mins at least twice while asked some helps, the lady checked out for us was impatient and bit rude. 」

「Hotel's room was unexpectedly well arranged and big and comfortable, in a surprisingly nice town with delicacy view. A female hotel receptionist booked a local restaurant for us and recommended a dish with steak which was one of the best food I had on the journey.」

「Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit super netten Personal. Bei Frühstück gibt es alle was man sich vorstellen kann. Einziges Manko: wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht und mussten zum Wellness über den Hof gehen, ein Verbindungstunnel wäre super gewesen.」

「管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！」
