「We have been coming to 30A for years and we all agreed that this condo is our absolute favorite. It is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect and the views from this condo are absolutely breathtaking. We will be back!」

「This property was exactly as advertised. Its location was excellent. We didn’t use our car during our entire weekend stay. We walked to the beach and all the various restaurants nearby. The studio was small but perfect for what we needed, clean and had all the amenities we would need, including kitcehn appliances, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend this property.. 」

「We have been to Watercolor before but this house was just perfect for our family! From the beautiful house to the location - everything was just perfect! We also couldn't have asked for better service from the Sanders rental company. Hands down the best service we have received. Their communication was amazing. We loved everything about our stay and even rebooked for next year! Watercolor is our happy place and we can't wait to return and create more memories and 37 Red Cedar Way is the perfect...

「Our family stayed in this house because my granddaughter got married on the beach nearby. It was a perfect day! The house had everything you could think of to cook with. We loved having the golf cart for riding around. We very much enjoyed the bicycles. They were so easy to ride. I would recommend this house to anyone as long as they can climb stairs. Everyone LOVED the heated pool and playing with the toys provided.」

「My husband and I had a wonderful time in this quaint Vrbo. The owners think of all your basic needs so you don't need to worry, they have you covered. The location is exceptional. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and the beach is right across the street. Loved it!」

「This home filled out breach vacation needs perfectly. 」

「I have been staying in Beechwood Villas since 2012. I really loved the location of building 5, which is one of the closest to the beach access. I was a little surprised that this unit had no washer and dryer, as most of the units do have them. Also I was surprised that there were only 4 towels to use for a 3 night stay. I would recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here.」

「Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. 」

「We had a great time!」

「Gulf Place is our favorite place to stay, and we have stayed at the Inn several times. The room was in good condition, with a good view of the Gulf, and ample supplies. The mattress needs an upgrade.This is the first time there has ever been an issue with the elevator. It wasn’t working all weekend and we were on the 4th floor, so we got a little exercise, coming and going.Hopefully, it will be fixed for the next people that stay.」
