「We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. 「The hotel ia located right opposite to Gare Saint Charles train and metro station. A pleasant walk of 16 mins to the old port. Surrounding area is a bit dodge but doesn’t feel unsafe even walking alone at night. Breakfast is good. 」
