“It was nice having multiple places to eat. We ate at each restaurant while we were there. The bathrooms/showers should be the first thing they update but it was fine. It was interesting how everything shut off when you left the room or air conditioner shut off when balcony opened. Great idea!”

“We travel a lot and was apprehensive about this place because of some reviews but we were travelling with a larger group and decided to come and we were pleasantly surprised! We were a family of 4 with a 5 and 6 year old. Staff was very friendly, Regelio our waiter at the pool was amazing and very attentive! “I like everything ”

“We liked the property and enjoyed our stay but we found that there were alot of stairs and inclined and declined pathways. Very hard for someone with mobility issues. I need a knee replacement and we found we were to tired after supper to go anywhere. Our jacuzzi tub quit working halfway through the week and the staff went out of there way to fix it for us for the last evening. ”

“A beautiful property, very helpful staff, a noisy room was replaced by a much quieter one. There seem to be either too many people or not enough staff in the buffet dining room. Last year there were no lineups for meals, but this year was a more common occurrence.”

“We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and……
