“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

“Average overall. Limited menu in the restaurant, not really any better than a club offering. My meal was given to me cold. I had to track someone down to get it sorted. An inedible, recooked, crunchy, over cooked burger was returned to me with the excuse that my meal had been put under the air conditioner. Disappointingly, the service, the meal and the absurd excuse not good enough at this price point. ”

“This is a stand-out property for several reasons: crisp and clean sheets, comfortable bed, great pillows. Added bonus was a beautiful tray of extra towels and herbal shampoos and soaps. Beautiful touch! The outside of the motel is in perfect order and beautifully maintained by a switched-on staff. Staff went out of their way to ensure an easy late-night check-in that made it both safe and worry-free for me. Teensy pending improvements include painting the room, replacing the ceiling fan,……
