“The hotel was fantastic, tge staff were all lovely and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. The music round the pool was fab and varied. The evening entertainment was again fabulous. Our room - platinym double was spacious modern and well furnished. We only had breakfast but that had a great selection and delicious. The 16th rooftop bar was lovely too amazing sunset. The only negative i have is the price of the drinks.”

“Hôtel vieillissant, mais le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les buffets est copieux et correct. Nous avions pris la demi pension donc les boissons ne sont pas comprises il faut payer 3€/personne et par repas pour boire autre choses que de l’eau. Les lits sont fait tous les jours ou presque mais les draps ne sont pas changés systématiquement. La salle de bain était en mauvais état, vous mettez les serviettes dans la baignoire pour qu’on vous les change mais on vous en remet que la……

“A nice, clean hotel with good entertainment and in a central location. Unfortunately, it is let down by a dreadful restaurant and being too near to the Veronicas strip with all of its drug dealing, prostitution and excessive noise late in to the evenings.”

“Hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the Seen restaurant was delicious. However the hotel staff were not always aware of their own menus and things ordered on different days were not consistently made. The main buffet area was bland and uninspired.”

“Overall a nice hotel but the room wasn’t all clean, there were a lot of stains on the walls and the room seemed quite outdated in other ways too. We stayed during the high season so the price was hefty so maybe that’s why we felt like it wasn’t worth the price. If you are looking for a 5 star experience this is probably not the place for you but it’s a nice 4 star hotel -type of an experience.”
