"The room ac was not working and they only fixed it a day before we were to leave. Compared to other hotels the cleaning was not the best. The breakfast buffet was really good and literally a minute away from the beach. Hotel staff were excellent"

Alicante is nice and easy city to get around. If you're not a beach bum you would still enjoy a long weekend there with its multitude of fine restaurants and bars to choose from.

Lovely place to visit. Highly recommend a trip up to the castle - I walked up although there is lift access. Also walking along the coast of San Juan Playa. Get the C-6 bus from the airport in to centre 3.85euro
