Great views and location. Unfortunately we had a problem with our room so had to move and the second room that we were given was extremely noisy which meant we didn’t sleep very well so unfortunately this will be a trip to remember but not necessarily for all the right reasons.

So close to many dining opportunities and shops as well as tourist attractions. So walkable. Be aware that a room with two beds won’t get you a room with a view. Some staff were friendly but not responsive when we called down for a couple items we needed. Overall a beautiful hotel and great location.

I’ve seen a few mixed reviews but we had a very good experience. Efficient and polite check in and we were upgraded free to a lovely King room with a river view. I’d told them in advance it was my husband’s birthday (a big one) and they surprised us with a bottle of bubbles in our room. Furniture is perhaps a little dated, but we had a fantastic view of the river and a very comfy bed. No complaints here!
