The location of this property is simply the best in the West End of Vancouver. For the price of a hotel room, I can have a condo - a much better idea. I give this property full marks for all the things a traveler needs and wants. I particularly appreciate the staff who are helpful and professional, and the cleanliness overall.

Chose this Hotel as it had a restaurant on site. Even checked menu online. Got there to find it is no longer open for dinner. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere or eaten before checking in. Anything other than going out again in the cold. Need to update their website.
