"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. Horrible experience!!
"I couldn't check in because the owner didn't show up. I waited for more than 2 hours at the entrance. The owner didn't answer the phone and didn't reply emails. This is not a hotel or even apartment. It's old and I think is illegal for rental."
