Property is dated. You can hear conversations from the room next to door and let’s not forget when people are in the shower or flush the toilet, you hear everything. I would not recommend this hotel.

This place was only a short walk to Bethesda Metro station, which was great. Restaurant served great lunch and dinner, and breakfast was good continental breakfast. Staff extremely helpful and efficient. Price very good for Inauguration weekend.

Only two operational elevators, which is not enough for the size of the hotel, causing long waits and packed elevators. The hotel itself is well-maintained. I liked that they had filtered water available to refill a bottle. I did not try the breakfast but appreciated the coffeemaker in the room. It is around several blocks to Metro. When I booked the room, the website indicated that parking is available. What I did not see immediately was that parking was $40/night. Maybe they should mention this upfront?
