"The apartment is very well located, clean, with many amenities and the communication is excellent. They also have a virtual assistant that works very well. The only uncomfortable point is the noise outside, it is a neighborhood of bars and you can hear people until very late in the morning."

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Communication was great from helpful staff both before and after the stay. No staff on site, but door codes sent well prior to check-in time and all easy to use so no stress at all there. The apartment was centrally located and easy to find but not on a main road. My brother is a light sleeper and said he heard no noise at all in his room (I didn't hear any in mine either, but I can sleep through anything.) Apartment was clean, warm and comfortable...

"We had a great stay at the Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments. The check-in was very staightforward and the apartment was immaculately clean. Had we arrived before the check-in time there are lockers to store your belongings until the check-in time. There was everything we needed and more and the location was very close to the train station. Also very close to a metro station and nice cafes around to get breakfast if you didn't want to eat in. An excellent place to stay"

"A lovely, calm, clean hotel in the Chueca area and close to Gran Via. Easy to reach via the Tribunal metro stop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious with an outlook onto the streets. I loved it. Easy walk to the art museums and historic centre"

"It is located on Grand Via, a very busy shopping street but our lovely rooms were quiet and had superb bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent and the lounge area and outdoor patio on the top floor added to this excellent hotel. We enjoyed visiting some galleries and seeing the older part of Madrid - all on foot. The Reception staff recommended a local Tapas restaurant (5 mins walk) which was brilliant and a more formal dinner venue which was superb. "
