Located in the ancient city of Chiangmai and easy waking distance to many historic sites. Quiet, yet with atmosphere of lively community of Thai people. Better than an outright luxury hotel yet distant from Chiangmai distinct ancient walls and its history.

Check in and out was smooth, staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone who we interacted with knew how to speak English. Our included breakfast was delicious and made quickly after ordering. Our room was clean and they provided free bottled water. All the important markets were within 1.5 miles or less from the hotel. I would definitely stay again!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant (food was excellent) , hospitalities and all the amenities though the barking dogs and the rooster noises from surrounding areas can be disruptive at some nights.

This is my second time in Thailand so I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels across the country, and this was by far and away the best place I’ve ever stayed. The staff is warm and accommodating. They were able to help us book all the things we wanted to do easily, and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend having a soak in the bathtub! The breakfast is delicious, and the lunch and dinner is not bad either if you dont feel like leaving. There are tons of extra amenities like happy hour and the pool that we did not take advantage of but looked incredible. This is a great hotel in the heart of old town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely property with attentive staff that will go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are very comfortable, stylishish and clean. The staff was very helpful in arranging for a number of things for me, including hiring a private driner for some individual tours I wanted to do. I am traveling solo and appreciate that I felt safe and seen, which isn't always the case as a female traveler. Definitely get a Thai massage while you're here at the spa. I highly recommend.

What a great find! A smaller but great total in the old town part of Chiang Mai. The staff was great too, always looking to help, guide or make your visit better. The Spa staff was excellent, courteous, kind and great at the art of a massage. We hope to make it back and stay again, until then we would highly recommend to all!

First time to Chiang Mai and this hotel. Would certainly stay again and recommend to family and friends. Very nice quiet room Quiet side street location but strolling minutes from temples, the wall and cafes. 15 minutes drive from Hotel to Airport I booked a pick up from the hotel @ 400 Baht. You may able to do the trip by taxi a little cheaper
