I was looking for a unique place to stay that didn’t feel like a generic international hotel chain. One minor complaint, when I stayed here in 2023, guests were able purchase and consume food in the bar/reception area. On this occasion we were told this was not allowed and we had to take the food to our room. Disappointing, given there were very few people staying and the restaurant didn't seem to be open. "
