Gorgeous place and the staff was amazing. Having the restaurants in the hotel was very convenient after a long day at the WESA market. Now the bad- My room smelled damp and musty as soon as I walked in. There was a giant water roach in my room. However I can accept that it is downtown Dallas- those bugs don't leave town just because we decide to build there. But it needed to be noted. My biggest complaint was the parking. $37 to park per night for someone who is staying in a room is ridiculous! Given that our team had 3 different vehicles, that is over $100 per night for us to stay when we already paid a lot of money for the rooms. I felt like I was at Spirit Airlines being charged for every single thing. Do better. for the price of the rooms- parking should be included.

No complaints on staff was nice and respectful , Ma Isabel CB was great housekeeper provided all we need in our room. Room air conditioning/heater system was bad and dirty by the second day a had a horrible allergy and room was cold day and night.
