Beautiful property and felt like a queen! Took a nice hot bath and walked to dinner. Exquisite and large breakfast! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. One thing to note was that there is a 20 pound overnight parking fee, which seems excessive and like a hidden fee (never a fan of those). But overall loved my stay here.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even showed us to our room and how to use some of the amenities. Spectacularly located along River Ness, superbly trained, attentive staff and luxurious accommodations deserve only high fives! Subtraction in our view for lack of a harmonious interior decorative design and tired dinner recipes lacking spirit, though all superbly prepared. We felt pampered though not emotionally challenged.

We had a room right next to the reception desk. It was awful. Very noisy. Every time someone went out to smoke or whatever you could hear every conversation. Also the car parking was in front of our window which is gravel so you could hear it every time someone left. I will say the bathrooms and the bar is very nice.
