The Hilton Bali Resort is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. It is perfect for families and has great pools and a private beach to enjoy. The dining facilities are top quality with lots of options. The breakfast is awesome and my whole family enjoyed it. The rooms are nice and well kept. While the rooms are lovely, some of the wear and tear is visible in the bathroom (eg: repairs to tiles & grout), but this in no way impacts the comfort, quality and cleanliness of the room.

Absolutely loved this stay, even with the fact that there are a few exotic creatures that can sometimes crawl into the bedrooms but hotel staff changed the room straight away. The only issue I would maintain is that everything in this hotel is so extortionately priced. You walk next door to The Kempinksi and The Ritz and even their food and drink is more decently priced.. sometimes you wonder.

It’s a beautiful place, the staff and service were great, the pool it’s wonderful, the bars great specially the one on the second floor Elara and Paon Bali made us feel so comfortable and special. Thank you for the great service!

I would like highlight one point which I did not like about the property that any additional expenses that we incurred at the property like having dinner at their restaurant or even having some snacks at the pool, they did not add the charges to our room. They were always adamant that we make payment there and then. This is not what we have experienced with other resorts across the globe. We did not like this.

Beautiful resort with very helpful staff. Great food and nice pools. Good for a family stay but not great for couples looking to relax. One thing that is just terrible is the beach ! Not looked after at all. The water and sand are all dirty and has so much room for improvement.

We pay for two rooms a lot of money for 9 days and the people I. Customer Service don’t provide to much options when we asking for better services. I have to pay 200 hundred dollars for late check out. No very impressive with the hotel compare with the amount of money we paid.

Loved our stay at the Hilton. My wife and I were there for our honeymoon and enjoyed the different food options, the beautiful view from the room, and how well kept everything was. They were doing construction on the beach during our stay, which did take away a bit from our experience, but it was government sanctioned work and out of the control of the hotel so can't blame them for that!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Bali Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and stunning surroundings set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Location: The resort is perfectly nestled atop a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean, offering breathtaking views that are simply mesmerizing. The beach is private, pristine, and a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bali. Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully designed, blending Balinese charm with modern comforts. My room had a balcony with a panoramic ocean view, and waking up to that was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the luxurious bathroom, were top-notch. Facilities: The resort boasts an array of facilities to cater to every need. The pool areas are fantastic, with both family-friendly zones and tranquil spots for adults. The kids' club seemed well-equipped and lively, which would be a big plus for families. It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue.

A great place to enjoy "Baliness". The pool, beach, garden, events they hold are all great. Stayed for 2 nights but wished I could stay longer. I'm pretty sure I will come back to this hotel again.
