My room’s air conditioner wasn’t working properly and they transferred us to another room. When my mom’s room small refrigerator weren’t cooling properly they replaced it immediately. Shout out to Albert, Jeff, Rommel, & Marvin for making our stay a wonderful experience. From checking in to checking out, the service was excellent. I highly recommend Ramada. The staff is second to none! "
