The hotel rooms are small but clean. The hotel itself is nice, but situated at a major intersection and on a tram line. Therefore, it is VERY noisy and hard to tune out the street sounds.
There are better options down closer to Moco where you can stay at a boutique hotel
for far less.
Excellent location. Everything is within a 15 min walk or transit ride. Great service, quiet and comfortable rooms. My only qualm is the carpet smell in the hallways.
Definitely below my expectations. I have been staying in this hotel multiple times. This time service was the worst ever. Room was not cleaned by staff and it took me multiple calls to housekeeping to get water and fresh towels. Service at a bar area was terrible
Temperature in the room was not controllable
There was no travel accessories such as toothbrush. Etc. overall experience- negative
My rating is extreme for a few reasons:
Pros:
Hotel is in a great location, everything is walking distance and transportation is readily available.
Breakfast is available at an additional charge, the food was mediocre but the service there and the coffee made it worth it. I would suggest you do not include breakfast and visit the hundreds of restaurants nearby.
Cons: check in was easy but employee at the front desk was not very pleasant didn’t offered any suggestions and when asked about restaurants he was rude and said “go visit the concierge for that”
