O hotel está super bem localizado por estar de frente a orla marítima porém em sua totalidade deixa a desejar em critérios básicos como limpeza dos quartos ( não é bem feita) , toalhas, tapetes e lençóis ( muito velhos,encardidos e s m condições cabíveis de uso) , banheiros c seus utensílios de uso em estado de ferrugem como chuveiros, torneiras, azulejos com marizias ) . O hotel não oferece mantas ou cobertores e o ar condicionado gela muito a noite e de madrugada. Nós tivemos que sair ao comércio para comprar manta ! O atendimento na recepção é bom . O café da manhã é bem variado , foi bom . A academia é uma pequena saleta c três aparelhos!!! A piscina é pequena e não cabem mais de duas famílias no local. A água dos chuveiros, torneiras e piscina são salobra , ou seja , parece ser água de poço tratada . Para custo benefício dá pro gasto mas se pesquisar c mais paciência, encontrará um local melhor para hospedar -se . Fica a dica !!!!

Apesar do quarto ser um pouco pequeno, e a água do banheiro meio salgada, o hotel possui uma localização excelente, café da manhã bem variado, atendimento muito bom e ainda fica perto de tudo. Vale muito a pena. Voltaria novamente com certeza

A nota geral não condiz com a qualidade do hotel!
Hotel com acomodações bem antigas, chuveiro a gás porém não esquentava. Não tinha uma colcha ou edredom para se cobrir, apenas o lençol fino da cama. Café da manhã bem ruim mesmo, pouquissimas opções e o que tinha tava mal feito. Não voltaria de forma alguma! Único ponto positivo foi o atendimento dos funcionários.

Foi maravilhoso estar no Real. Tanto pela localização e acomodação quanto pelos funcionários que além de nos receber bem foram excelentes no atendimento e muito queridos sempre tirando dúvidas e ajudando em tudo que precisavamos. A comida é muito boa e o pessoal da cozinha simplesmente um amor de pessoas. Sr Luis e dona Solange foram maravilhosos conosco. Amamos e recomendamos muito!
