Hotel staff and rooms are always great! Close to the L for public trans anywhere in city. Easy access to lake front, mag mile, and river walk. If you do a city/river view room, you may hear the L running by later in night on track but if you're used to city living it is nothing. Otherwise some white/fan noise easily covers it :)

Four star and it kind of bleeds through. Spotty, poor quality WiFi. Every video call was dropped at dome point. Was on the 14th floor. Called to complain and got the “it isn’t us answer. Room are clean and modern. Restaurant is good. End conclusion, could be a good choice if it had better WiFi.

The staff made check-in and check-out easy and were very polite and professional. The room was perfect for a quick solo trip. Room had a fun sitting nook right against the window that overlooked the city. I especially liked the nice lighting in the room and the comfy bathrobes. I would definitely book here again!
