The girl at the front desk was not friendly and you could tell she would have rather been anywhere else, but she got the job done efficiently none the less. The parking is very tight, granted we were in a F-350, but even if we were in any other truck or regular size SUV it would have been just as tight; it was workable though. The room was great! Clean and tidy. Warm indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely return in the future!

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful indoor pool. Delicious homemade donuts. The area behind the hotel, to the beach, is under construction at present. I am sure it will be lovely when they finish. I will go back.

The property looks like it's been renovated. Nice indoor pool for colder days. Very clean Highly satisfied with the room Only the elements of the stove seemed under powered and took a long time to heat water. Maybe a kettle would help. Dishes and cutlery waa available with cooking utensils. Soap and body wash was pleasant smelling

The outside of the property needed some upgrades, but they were working hard on the beachfront side, and I assume some of that was from the hurricane. The interior of the rooms were updated and clean. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

The property is really in poor shape; rusted out doors, dirty and cracked walls and floors. When I was standing in my room, I could see through a hole in the wall (next to the air conditioner) straight to outside. I visited during winter months and the heat did not work AT ALL, so I was freezing all night. There was caution tape up in a bunch of places and the outdoors area (behind the hotel) looks like it has a lot of storm/hurricane damage so they are still rebuilding.

The staff were great! The hotel itself was dated and undergoing renovations but the kids didn’t seem to Mind! They enjoyed the indoor pool and kids activities. The bunk beds in our room were great with a beautiful view! If you’re looking for fancy this isn’t gonna be up your alley but if you’re looking for convenient and not over priced this is for you. We will be back :)

The resort itself is incredibly nice considering the price. The pool is good to cool off in, and the hot tub is up to standards as well. Beach access is very good, although the hotels backyard is underdeveloped and the surrounding area is limited unless you have a vehicle or want to walk the two miles to the beach center.

Staff was absolutely kind, courteous. Sadly we were never informed of the massive construction going that was happening on the grounds. We rented 4 separate units, all of us upgraded to the more expensive ocean front units, only to be taped and roped off for construction. Heaters were broken in our rooms, access to the beach closed, sidewalks being torn out in front of our rooms. Again the staff was super kind, courteous, we are disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed about the conditions of the property. No refund was offered or issued for our stay. ;(
