Very bad experience, very low quality services, very dirty rooms, it is good for labors only with all my respect to labors but i felt i am staying somewhere in industrial area building where bad smells and people with slipers around and in lobby guys put their naked legs up infront of people. And it is cery expensive for such level of quality. I DON'T ADVICE ANYONE TO TRY IT.

The stay was great, only issues I had were on arrival and once I got to my room, there was a water leak coming from the ceiling. Was fixed, the other issue was no hot water snd the last was I paid for one extra day by mistake for breakfast and I was not reimbursed.

Location is great. Rooms are a bit small, however the most annoying part of this hotel are the pillows. Those are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever experienced in a hotel. They're inflated and bulky with no give. I could not sleep well and my neck was sore in the morning. The hotel had no other options. I would have stayed another couple of days, but I had to switch hotels cause of that.

City Max Hotel Kuwait St The Good, The Bad, Ugly
I like City Max, Kuwait St. Ive been choosing this hotel for years. I know you cant eliminate all noise even during the daytime but this hotel has been a little noisy. Doing room renovations and also major construction all around. At night on my floor a parent disrespectful to other guests lets her little one make a lot of noise, running up and down the hallway, shouting and screaming. Even the mother is loud she just doesn't care. Its not the child's fault its the mothers. Usually after midnight last night it lasted until around 0230 am. Im thinking the mother is working somewhere in Dubai and lives here with the daughter because their gone all day.
