"We liked our stay overall. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. We were very confused about that. The place otherwise is very nice and could be a great venue for events too. I hope they do well. The owner was very welcoming and gave us some tips on where to eat...

"Check in was easy. Some sloped ceilings were pointed out. Bathroom in jr. suite was the best we encountered of 3 stays in Denmark. Suite was roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed dinner at restaurant one night and drinks another. Food was excellent and portions were large. Only one vegetarian option or we would have dined there second night. Breakfast was a treat. View was lovely. Host made the stay. "

"No one at the reception when er arrived at 18:00. No sheets, no towels at the appartment. The swimming pool was closed for guest though straff members still were still swinging around. The straff members didn’t make any effords to try to conversate in English, Skandinavian or anu other of the western european languages. The didn’t seem to care at us at all. The surroundings were great and the conditions were all tights. Om dau time the straff was friendly and polite."

"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Geheel onverwacht ging het sneeuwen en dat maakte het aangezicht van deze camping prachtig. De camping ligt relatief afgelegen waardoor er een fijne rust is, maar binnen een kwartier rijden in een willekeurige richting zijn alle gemakken te vinden. Onze dochter vond de camping hond (vermoedelijk een husky) erg leuk en ze keek er iedere dag weer naar uit om de hond te zijn."

"We stayed in two rooms as the first one was at the end of the corridor and you got disturbed by people using the stairs which were right on the other side of the wall. It was obvious the rooms were in older buildings which meant you could hear the other guests in corridor. There was no kettle or tea/coffee things in the room something I would expect 4 star accomodation to have. Reception did lend us a kettle once we mentioned this. The restaurant serves excellent food at a 4 star accomodation...
