My husband and I stayed one night with our 2 golden retrievers at the Pyramid Lake Lodge 1wk after they re-opened since the fires in Jasper. All of the staff were so welcoming, thankful and happy to be back-to-work. The property was beautiful, and our room had an amazing lake view with parking right beside the room. We loved the in-room fire and balcony, and the Rocky Mountain Soap Co. soaps in the shower. The water pressure was good, the bed was very comfortable, and our stay was peaceful. The only complaint was that someone had spilled lettuce on our balcony and it was not swept off prior to our stay. With dogs they will eat absolutely anything it is preferred that the room AND balcony be fully cleared of any food debris. We at the Aalto for breakfast. We were there for their first day re-opening, and were their very first customers to try their new menu. The breakfast (Benny and Classic) was absolutely delicious, and the service was great! Would highly recommend dining there during your stay. All in all it was a great experience. We would absolutely stay there again.

We unfortunately were evacuated. Don't understand why you would want a review when Jasper was evacuated. We were there 3 hours then evacuated last minute 10:30 at night. After driving 12 hours and then driving all night and then all day. We managed to get a room for 2 nights. Expedia has dropped the ball on this one.

We spent an incredible three days at the Pyramid Lake Lodge. From checkin to checkout our experience was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, 24/7 lobby with an espresso machine is really nice when you are still in east coast time waking up at 5 am. Access to boats and the dock was a great surprise. Many trails start from the lodge and wildlife are abundant. My family loved it and will come back. Praying the fires leave this gem alone.

Walls are paper thin. People in room next door were loud entire night. Only had a couple hours of sleep. Worst place we stayed. A total waste of money. Do not stay here.
