I booked "Ultra Hip Room 2 Queens Attraction View" The room I was given had no view. When I asked about it at the reception they said they are sold out. I can come back tomorrow to change if the room become available.

I would recommend they promote the shuttle more! The 5 days I stayed only on the 2nd to last day did I discover where the shuttle was.

Planet Hollywood is located right in the middle of the strip and convenient to so many other locations that you will want to see while visiting Las Vegas.

Check in was about 15 min for an agent but they have express check-in kiosks if you wish to do that. We chose to wait, staff was wonderful and we got a great strip view. Hotel is clean, rooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is also very large. Lots of shopping and dining options and the location is great. I haven't checked out their pool but I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for the concert we were seeing. Charged resort fees which is strange because there were no amenities provided. Will not be returning.

We had a really good time at Planet Hollywood. We upgraded to a suite and it was better than anticipated. The rooms have been updated! They were very spacious and we had a great view of the strip. My daughter had lost her small wallet at the casino. The security was amazing!! They found the wallet within approximately an hour from the time she lost it. It was a huge relief! One of the custodians had turned it in when they were cleaning. We’d stay again without question!

Great location and restaurant options all around. Rooms are pretty standard for Vegas, fridge in room which was nice. Multiple people in out group of 12 had random charges and we were all charge different amount which we had to wast time dealing with at the front desk. Just watch charges

Fire alarm went off at 10:30, I called the front desk at 11:39pm was never given the all clear couldn’t sleep. No coffee maker or pods in the room. No ability to get room service for coffee in the am. Over priced
