Hotel staff was friendly but the service wasn’t the bes, the cleanliness was non existent, room keeping failed to consistently replace towels, change the sheets, bench chair was broken and unstable, space is very limited for multiple ppl.

This was our first time at a CitizenM hotel. The location was very convenient for our basketball game across the street. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The controls on the iPad and the wall were sometimes very hard to use - especially the blinds, which never controlled properly. The pillows were too large/stuffed, but I got a more comfy one upon request. The gym and rooftop bar/pool were awesome. One night there was delicious guava juice in the lobby and we kept looking for it on subsequent nights but it didn’t return. The shower also didn’t have the best pressure and temperature despite all my adjustments. I like it super hot and high pressure. I also don’t like the way the bed is tucked in it’s hard to make it. Lastly, it was our anniversary and I was told the room would be decorated for our stay but it wasn’t. Also when we arrived we asked which view to choose and were recommended worldview, which ended up being of the roof of the next building - not the best. Overall comfy stay though despite those details! Staff was very nice.

Great hotel, but in my opinion; a little pricey. $450 for 2 nights in a VERY small room. The bed was almost bigger than the space we had. But everthing else was great!

Funky hotel, very small rooms, great staff, but the main downside for me is that the rooms face a VERY noisy street area (motorcycles, cars, people, etc) with constant traffic and moreover, facing the Miami Metromover rails where the Metromover passes all day long.

The room was really cool. Between having the room controlled (lights, tv, blinds, etc) by a small ipad and the view directly next to my bed it was a cool experience. Would definitely stay at again if the price was right.

Property was very nice, everything works via iPad in the room which is cool. The check in system is unique. Only problem was the heater in our room did not work, just the AC blasting nonstop. We ended getting sick because of this.

Small room, but very nice high tech features and great view out over the bay. Room wasvery clean. Pool deck was nice and happy hour drinks were good and expresso martinis for $8. Very convenient for hotel before our cruise. There were a lot of restaurants and nice riverwalk boardwalk area close for shopping.
