Hotel is very well situated. Nice room size with a balcony and a view of the Naples bay. Bathroom is outdated and has a very indistinctive smell, not pleasant for sure. Staff is very apathetic, specially the ones working at the breakfast salon. A smile and a welcome greeting goes a long way when seeing your guests. Breakfast, by the way, is very good with convenient hours. I would definitely stay again, I would just fix the bathroom smell, room 750 and inject some more hospitality spirit on your staff.

I asked for a room with a view, and the view was priceless! The hotel is in the perfect location. The breakfast selection was very good. Except for the coffee…:-( - The restaurant had limited dining options. It was ok to dine one night, but the options nearby were much better.

Great view of Capri whilst enjoying the breakfast buffet. Large well maintained rooms. Hotel has very interesting cocktail bar. There are lots of restaurants close by and a taxi rank for going further afield.
